Welcome to Fastbarberbook (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FastBarberBook mobile application (“App”).
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Overview
FastBarberBook provides tools for barbers to manage their services, appointments, clients, and business performance.
The App requires user registration and may include paid subscription features available on both Google Play and the Apple App Store.
2. Account Registration
To access all features, you must create an account using your email and password.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities under your account.
You may delete your account at any time within the App settings, which will permanently remove your personal data and related records.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
FastBarberBook offers monthly and annual subscription plans with a 30-day free trial.
All payments are processed securely through:
Google Play Billing on Android devices, and
Apple In-App Purchases on iOS devices.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
When cancelled, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Subscription management, including cancellation, is handled exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
FastBarberBook does not have access to modify, cancel, or refund subscriptions on behalf of users.
Users are solely responsible for managing their subscriptions through their respective App Store account settings.
All prices and billing terms are displayed clearly in the App before purchase.
4. Data & Privacy
Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
We store user information securely via Supabase, including appointments, client data, and service configurations.
5. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
Copy, modify, or redistribute the App’s code or design.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Misuse the app for fraudulent or harmful purposes.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to any account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe the account violates these Terms, applicable laws, or harms the App, its users, or our business operations.
6. App Availability & Updates
We may update or modify the App at any time to improve performance or security.
Temporary downtime may occur during maintenance.
We are not liable for any data loss. We are not liable for data loss or interruptions caused by third-party services or network issues.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastBarberBook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time.
Any changes will be posted in the App or on our website, with the updated date shown at the top of this page.
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.
